One of the things that drew me to buying our house was the kitchen. We had a list of attributes that we wanted in a house- a 3 car garage, a basement, and a room to do laundry in. We have none of those things we have in this house, but I fell in love with the hard wood floors, the kitchen, the radiant heating system, bedrooms on the first floor and a ramp to the front door, that doesn’t make it look handicapped accessible.

One of the things that drew us to our neighboorhood was the parks. The playground equipment had just been installed at this park when we bought our house. We have at least 10 parks or playgrounds within a 2 mile bike ride. One summer we tried to visit as many different parks as we could. Our current house is right next to a cul-de-sac, so we get the benefits of a cul-de-sac to play in and getting plowed sooner in the winter.
